The Entrepreneurs of Ideals award has three categories and each of them has certain values, with which the nominees and winners must agree, defend their business model from their contribution to the community and especially their ability not to give up the most people to achieve their goals.

1.Contribution to the community:
What is evaluated in this category?
Level of connection with your community, relationship with suppliers, relationship with the families of your employees.
Human ideals:
- Businesses involved in solving the problems of their community.
- Businesses that contribute time and money to their community.
- Businesses that revolve around people and not money.
- Companies that see money as a tool for the growth of the company and its community impact.
2.Business model:
What is evaluated in this category?
The human part of the business. Clarity and level of organization. Structure, mission, corporate governance, purpose and plan. Where is it and where is it going?
Human ideals:
- Flexible with the hours employed.
- Minority Employment.
- That support the students.
- Support mothers who are heads of households.
- Let there be no corporate selfishness.
- That they can shake hands with their competition and see them as sector allies and not enemies.
3.Defense of the most human Ideals
What is evaluated in this category?
The most humane ideals, those that must always be above the economic benefits of entrepreneurship. That which is inalienable.
- Decent and quality employment.
- Gender equality.
- sustainability.
- Re-investment in the community
- Collective progress.
- Social inclusion.
- Support for people with disabilities.
